ContentAlfred Streuli of SUISA, Switzerland, sent the contract for INTERMEZZO for Bohuslav Martinů's orchestra to SMP for signature on 20 [4 April 1960].
However, SMP sent Charlotte Martinů a letter on 25.3.1960, according to which Columbia Records was to pay royalties for INTERMEZZO directly to SMP. ChM is to sign and send two copies of this letter back to SMP. 50% of the royalties from Columbia Records will go to ChM.
SMP would like an answer as to whether it is possible to get more of BM's manuscripts. As well, they would like a complete list of Martin's works that have been published by them.
