Content and physical description
ContentDilia negotiated with Vötterle about the division of the rights to Mirandolin. Vötterle gave them Martin's score and a piano excerpt. The material is already in production.
Martinů now has three options:
1) give all rights to Dilia - low tax rate in Czechoslovakia,
2) Alkor world rights, Dilia CSR rights - high taxes and directing when performing outside Germany
3) Alkor gets all rights - high taxes when operating in Czechoslovakia
The first option is the most advantageous for the Martins. Martinů has options to consider and notify Dilia of its decision.
