ContentBohuslav Martinů had preliminary talks with Karel Vöterl [presumably regarding the assignment of the rights to Mirandolin to the publishing house Bärenreiter]. Dilia is again asking for the rights to Martinů's work, stating that it is able to remit performance royalties anywhere abroad and pointing out the conveniently low tax rate in the Czechoslovak Republic (only 3%). BM is to consider its decision.
