Content	Getrude Smith wanted the Boston Symphony Orchestra to return the score and parts for Bohuslav Martinů’s SYMPHONY NO. 6 since they had been required for a performance in Europe. Yet Charles Munch also wants to perform the work in Europe for the first time and is of the opinion that since he commissioned it he possesses the right to do so, as well as to the score, which he does not want to return.
