ContentBM writes again in the matter of the Double Concert. Boosey and Hawkes publishers want to reserve the premiere for SK and publish the work afterwards; SK has promised to perform the work next season. BM wants confirmation. He has been told that SK prefers to perform the symphony. BM believes Heinsheimer has already talked to SK about it. Can he let SK know what he intends to do? BM is working on the symphony and hopes to give it to SK during the holidays; he will keep it with him until the Berkshires Festival and enjoy the local concerts with his wife.

BM again brings up the subject of the Double-Concerto. Martinů's publisher Boosey and Hawkes would like to reserve the premiere for SK and hold back publication after the premiere; SK has promised to give the work next season. BM would like confirmation. He was told that SK prefers to perform the Symphony. BM believes that Heinsheimer has already spoken to SK in this subject. Could SK let BM know what his intentions are? BM is working on the symphony and hopes to give it to SK during the holidays. he will carry it to the Festival in the Berkshires himself, and would enjoy coming for concerts there with Mme. Martinů.
