ContentArthur Tillman Merritt informs Anne Brown that the score of Bohuslav Martinů's String Quartet No.6 has arrived. The quartet has three movements. Walter Piston praises the quartet. Now Merritt tells BM that the Browns will sponsor his quartet. The honorarium is $750, copying parts $50.
Merritt hopes that the Browns will be able to be present in Cambridge for the symposium. He writes about accommodations.
