Content and physical description
ContentIn the commentary of the Prague Spring concert programme Jaroslav Michl read that Bohuslav Martinů finally has a set of compositions by Harry Halbreich. However, it is generally known that the first systematic inventory, approved by the composer himself, was by Miloš Šafránek. The comment harms the national interest and distorts reality. Michl found out from Šafránek that Halbreich's catalogue is a faithful copy of Šafránek's and infringes his copyright in many respects; the matter is already being litigated. Even Dr. Lébl declared Halbreich's first edition to be "false". Michl therefore asks the PJ organizers to consider correcting this faux-pas.
