ContentFietzek writes to Šafránek on the basis of a newspaper article about a newly found violin concerto by Martinů. He is a little doubtful that Dushkin was the direct commissioner of the concerto - he has a supposed Boccherini kncert from him, but it is more likely that Dushkin himself wrote it in Boccherini's style. It's strange that Dushkin let the concerto disappear for 40 years; but the important thing is that it has finally been found.
