Content and physical description
ContentErnst Roth sends thanks for the letter dated 19 October. Polish Television required permission for broadcasting the COMEDY ON THE BRIDGE, but Boosey & Hawkes refused to give consent since their tariff is extremely low. Yet the “Association of Polish Authors”, ZAIKS, confirmed that Polish Television ultimately accepted the amount of 25 pounds for the hire and copyrights. They have sent a contract to ZAIKS and expect them to sign it. On all accounts, the money cannot be sent to the “association of authors”, since it concerns “Large Rights”, not “Small Rights”.
