Content	He thanks for the letter and the parcel; the Conservatory's decision has put him in an unpleasant situation; as for America, he still wants to wait; in three years he would like to apply again for the Conservatory position that will be vacated by the departure of Vit. Novák; if the conservatory does not work out, they will go to America together; he would like to be recommended to Mr. Šaldo of Melantrich, who is founding a new music edition; he would like to conclude a contract with him, as he had previously with Schott - Mr. Šafránek has already sent him [Šaldo] a memorandum of sorts; he wishes him a happy holiday and a happy New Year.
