ContentJiří Tancibudek has just received a short letter from Bohuslav Martinů dated 8 July [1955]. He has not yet received the score of the Concerto [FOR OBOY AND SMALL ORCHESTRA] which he sent to BM. Tancibudek hopes it will come soon. He also cannot explain why BM has not received from Tancibudek certain "passages" sent in January.
Their plans are on track. The Sydney Daily Telegraph will fund BM - they will give him $750. The Daily Telegraph will also try to arrange for Tancibudek to tour BM around Australia. Then, if it goes well, Tancibud will pay the rest of the $1000 (i.e. $250). He is asking BM for his address in the US.
