Content and physical description
ContentŠíma sends two newspaper clippings "from the Sunday press". Martinů (subtitled. The first article concerns the male choirs of BM Zbojnické písně and Prof. Miroslav Venhoda, conductor of the Prague Teachers' Singing Association, to which Martinů dedicated the choirs. It is also an invitation to a performance of the "Robber Songs" by the Prague Teachers' Singing Association, which will take place on 11 April 1957 in the Smetana Hall. The second clipping is about the American writer whose name is Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and who just had his 150th anniversary of birth (27.2.1807). The last Czech translation of Longfellow was made by Eisner in 1952.
