ContentJosef Schieszl received a letter from Bohuslav Martinů and immediately wrote to Minister [Jan] Krčmář asking him to take up the matter [of obtaining a professorship at the Prague Conservatoire]. Schieszl does not yet know very well which of the decision-makers (head professors of the Conservatory) are against and which are for BM. Martinů will have competitors in Otakar Ostrčil and Otakar Jeremias.
Regarding BM's request for support, the clerk Říha is determined to propose support again. However, he is swamped with work, so the request is still pending. BM should not worry though, everything will turn out fine.
