ContentMaja and Paul Sacher thank Bohuslav Martinů for his letter of 2 July.
They [from Switzerland] are unable to judge whether the departure of BM and ChM is inevitable in this situation. With the Sachers, however, they will find understanding and help, whatever they decide.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain an American visa through Switzerland. Only the addressees' friends in the USA remain. If that doesn't work, the Sachers will do what they can.
Sending money has become very complicated, MS describes the obstacles. They are waiting to see if the [Swiss] National Bank will allow them to transfer the money. It will be more practical if friends in America help the recipients. MS asks for more precise information.
Did the addressees receive the letters from Paul Sacher? He has sent four since 8 June.
