Content and physical description
ContentPaul Sacher thanks Bohuslav Martinů for the news of 1 June. He is glad that BM already has the score and material for the DVOJKONCERT. He is grateful that BM has reserved the Paris premiere of this work for him.
He is also grateful for the welcome BM gave to his sister Nelly Louise Frey and brother-in-law Jean Rudolph Frey in Paris. Both last heard from the French ship and should disembark in Buenos Aires in two weeks.
PS does not know if BM and Charlotte Martin are still in Paris or already in Nevers. He is therefore sending a copy of the letter to both places.
BM can still go to the bank. If he is in Nevers, he is to write to have the money transferred to him every month.
PS has just sent messages to Universal Edition [regarding the DOUBLE CONCERT] and agrees with BM's procedure.
Maja Sacher and their children greet the addressee and ChM.
