tak jsem už začal tu Symfonii Nr. 2[2]. Dnes ráno. Vzpo­mínám na Vás že už asi nakládáte piano, (to nemá co dělat ovšem se symfonii) a že se budete vyhřívati už na sluníčku, ne abyste se v ponděli ráno vrátil, je Memorial Day!!



Přijedu v útery do N. Y. budu asi v poledne na Konsulátě, snad bychom mohli jíti na lunch. Prosím Vás oznamte té slečně u telephonu a snad dr. Novotnému[3] moji adresu, aby neposlali ten - - ‡ - - někam do 58 ulice.[4] Snad bych si to mohl vyzvednout v útery, neříkejte že o tom víte.
