Content- the writer says that in the morning they received the addressee's telegram (...) ;
- the writer informs the addressee about the condition of Bohuslav Martinů - he is still very ill, after five weeks of hospitalisation he is in home care, he goes to the hospital once a week for infusions, he hardly eats any more, he takes practically only liquids, he is weak to the highest degree, he weighed fifty kilograms last time - the writer notes that they no longer dare to weigh him (...) ;
- the writer says that they had originally thought of meeting the addressee in Venice - the writer notes that they were informed of the good news(?) by Mrs Marthe (de Hern?), and that they were invited to a concert at which Mrs Weber will perform a concert for piano and orchestra(?) as part of the Venice Festival in September - circumstances will not permit the journey (...) ;
- the writer mentions a visit she made to B. Martinů by Messrs. Bureš, Páleníček and (...) ; she adds that they are also expecting Mr. Šebánek (...)
