ContentHe blames the VC that there was a minor misunderstanding about the process of obtaining the scholarship. While he intervened for a year-long French scholarship with immediate entry, she applied from 1 February [=1939]. In view of the situation, he recommends that in the event of further interventions [by Dr. O. Shourk], the necessity of a December arrival in Paris should be pointed out.
