ContentBohuslav Martinů applies for a scholarship for the year 1932. He recalls his artistic endeavours abroad and the difficult situation of artists during the current economic crisis. He would use the scholarship to complete the ballet ŠPALÍČEK, in which he revives many beautiful plays of the Czech people (he lists them). He gives his Paris address.
