ContentThe concert will be completed in 10 days. His part is brilliant and he is sure to be a success with it. He is free to modify the part. Let him be paid well for the first performance. He has two cadenzas there, but he can add his technique. The virtuoso passages are borrowed from E. Bozzo, and he also copied his entire piano etude (without attribution). Too bad he didn't have his examples, he would have enjoyed them. Let him write what his terms are, for now B&H is protecting his royalties. Have him send a check preferably to American Express.
