ContentMrs. Wyler asks him to return the contract regarding Passions for ChM. (CHM) asks what is going on between him and Schott regarding the soon to be released Cell Concerto No. 2. For she has learned from Halbreich that the consent to the exclusive rights has not yet been given. In fact, there is a contract concerning this concerto from 1946, drawn up between BM and AMP. In this contract there is also a note about the first American (Mr Parisot) and European (Mr Leslie Parnas) performances. ChM is no longer familiar with these contractual matters.
