ContentThe publishing house staff are surprised by BM's remark about the later arrangement of a royalty for the publication of the work [mentioned in MU's letter 1931-02-23a]. They had assumed that this would be settled by sending selected piano excerpts. They ask for an explanation. They would be unhappy if they could not publish the work because of the excessive royalty requirements.
