ContentBohuslav Martinů invites Jindřich Honzl to stay with them; they have a small apartment, but he could certainly at least eat with them. He describes at length that he did the doubling of roles as he described them to Talich without a score, so he admits that it is often not convenient and is only a suggestion. He justifies these doublings and the choice of voices for certain characters. He leaves Honzl free to double roles and make other decisions. He has to tell Talich everything. He likes his analysis very much. Neveux said he regretted wanting to leave out "his" ending (the ending according to BM), but he is already convinced.
