ContentEmil Leichner responds late to BM's letter of 6 February 1959 because they were still travelling. The premiere of NONET No. 2 will be on 27 July in Salzburg and the concert will be filmed and broadcast, so he would wait until BM has heard it to make a definitive correction. He thinks everything sounds great as written. He just has a few minor quibbles - he describes them specifically. He will send a copy of the corrected score. They are very interested in publishing the nonet. The first performance in Prague will be on October 15, then it should be performed all over the world: in December in the USSR, then in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, they are negotiating with South America and the USA. Next week they will invite Miloš Šafránek, Karel Šebánek and some other friends and will play the work for them.
