ContentVladimír Vaněk thanks Charlotte Martinů for her letter of 19 March and for the news about Prague. Apparently it will be difficult to find a portrait of Bohuslav Martinů, despite the efforts of the police and other measures taken after ChM left Prague.
They have lost everything. Now everything is in the hands of the Communists.
VV thanks for the greetings from [Jaromír and Anna] Špačka. How do they live? Does ChM have the address of the Brázdas in Nice? It's funny that Jan Braza has become a shepherd. What does he herd - sheep, cows or pigs? It's a good and cheap way to relax.
