- the writer expresses doubt that Mr Horowicz would have received a certain reply from Strasbourg (...) ;
- the writer notes that Mr Horowicz is not in favour of the idea of Juliette being performed in Lyon, as he will not be asked to cooperate there - whereas in Strasbourg he would be in charge of the direction (...) ;
- the writer notes that Mr Horowicz will try to ensure that Juliette is not performed in Lyon (...);
- the writer notes that Mr Horowicz would, of course, be powerless - the material for the orchestra is the property of Radio (...);
- the writer says that it will be necessary to contact Mr Daniel Lescure or Mr Henri Barraud, who are friends of both the addressee and the writer (...) ;

M. had used to create the libretto (...) ; Mr Horowicz denies the addressee and the writer the right to use his translation (...) ;
- the writer says that he himself is able to prepare a new translation if necessary (...)
