The Easy Etudes for Two Violins (1930) were composed primarily as a rhythmical exercise for young musicians, similar to the Rhythmic Etudes for Violin and Piano, H 202, composed two years later. Halbreich notes that this is valuable teaching material of an “easy” level. The work was first published in 1932 by Éditions Alphonse Leduc.
