The piano piece for three hands With One Finger (Avec un doigt) was completed by the end of January 1930 and dedicated to Jean-Pierre Dillard. Jaroslav Mihule describes the composition as follows: “The difficulty of the student’s part requires a moment of concentration, while the teacher’s two hands develop an original allegro-fox (according to composer’s note) precisely in the spirit of the dance styles of the time.” The piece was first published in 1930 by Éditions Max Eschig and is now archived at the Czech Museum of Music.
