Content	Marie Martinů’s last will and testament, in which she bequeaths her entire estate—in particular, the house on Svépomoci Street—to her brother Bohuslav Martinů. She appoints Marie Pražanová as the executor of her estate. In the event that Bohuslav Martinů is unable to accept the inheritance, she bequeaths the house to the Bohuslav Martinů Music School in Polička and her other possessions in equal shares to her two nieces, Elsa Umlaufová and Joža Klimešová. Witnesses: Marie Pražanová, Ladislav Pražan, Filomena Pirklová, and Anna Sotonová
