ContentCopyright Agreement between Charlotte Martinů, as heir to the copyright of Bohuslav Martinů, and Southern Music Publishing Company, Inc. The contract concerns the composition INTERMEZZO for orchestra. ChM assigns to the publisher all rights in the work, including the copyright and the rights to publish, reproduce, adapt and commercially exploit the work throughout the world. The publisher agrees to pay a share of the revenues derived from sales, licenses and other forms of use of the composition, in various specified percentages. The document also sets out the conditions for termination of the contract, the publication of the work and the obligations of both parties.
