Content and physical description
ContentMartinů asks Erich I. Kahn for a (probably unfeasible) favour. It concerns his pupil [Vítězslava Kaprálová], who is an excellent musician and needs some peace and quiet for her work, and above all the possibility of working on the piano for one or two hours a day. BM wanted to ask him to let her play at their place when it's convenient for them, but he found out that they are in the country. Is there any way she could come and work on Kahn’s piano, which is abandoned at the moment? Or does he know someone in the neighbourhood who would let her use the piano? BM is still in Paris, Kahn should write to him at the address: B. Martinů (chez J. Mucha), 57 Av Reille – Paris 14.
