Content	Agreement between Bohuslav Martinů and Universal Edition for the assignment of the unlimited copyright or exclusive right to use Martinů's work THE ROCK, dedicated to George Szell and the Cleveland Orchestra. The contract mentions the so-called "kleine Aufführungsrechte" relating to the radio, television and film performances of this work, which are held by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers [ASCAP]. On the other side of the contract, Martinů's share of income from the use of the work is precisely defined.
