ContentThe Czech Music Fund has a legal interest in finding out whether Bohuslav Martinů made any arrangements regarding his musical works in his last acquisition. Before his death, Martinů was in regular contact with the ČHF, to which he promised to leave the representation of his works if other publishers were not already authorised to do so.

For these reasons, the ČHF urgently requests the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to issue a copy of Martinů's last acquisition.
