ContentThe Swiss Publishing Society (SUISA) would like to obtain more detailed information about the notarial procedure in connection with the hearing of the estate of Bohuslav Martinů, which is to be conducted according to Czech notarial regulations and has not yet been settled. SUISA asks the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Republic in Bern to identify a trustworthy lawyer or notary capable of handling the succession and asks whether the Embassy can handle the matter so that SUISA can take the necessary steps with the Czech authorities.
