ContentVladimír Ševčík, on behalf of the Czech Music Fund, asks the Ministry of Education and Culture about the form of the measures contained in the last acquisition of Bohuslav Martinů concerning his musical works and the authorization to dispose of them.

Since the CHF has not yet received a reply to an earlier request to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a copy of Bohuslav Martinů's last acquisition, the matter is rather urgent. The CHF must take on those of Martinů's works that another publishing house is not authorised to represent.
