ContentVladimír Ševčík responds to an urgent letter forwarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from SUISA to the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Republic in Bern, in which SUISA requests a statement on certain provisions of the CHF inheritance law, inheritance handling procedure and designation of a suitable lawyer or notary.

VŠ informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of CHF that such requests can only be handled by the Ministry of Justice, not by CHF.

VŠ adds that the CHF had previously been interested in the contents of Bohuslav Martinů's last acquisition and had asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a copy, which had still not been obtained. The recommended enquiry to the Ministry of Education and Culture has also not yet been answered.
