ContentBohuslav Martinů asks Erick Hawkins for a deal on his ballet STRANGLER. BM understands that EH is having trouble finding the money, but BM has given him enough time and now wants at least part of it paid or he will take the music back and find another use for it. Anyway, BM wants to talk to EH and renegotiate their arrangement. BM perceives that EH is not entirely happy with the outcome, which even BM has not hidden his doubts from the beginning. BM sends his regards to Martha Graham.
