ContentThe letter is based on a previous correspondence [?] in which Theodor Lerch received a telegram from Prof. Wotruba [?] that he was to prepare a programme for the afternoon of 28 February [1948] for a "most modern concert" (home concert) lasting no more than one hour. The selections included Martinů's THREE SKETCHES (1. Allegro moderato, 2. Poco andantino-Allegretto-Andant moderato, 3. Allegro vivo).
