ContentMiroslav Venhoda thanks the Biennale di Venezia for its letter of 11 August [1958], but points out that the offer was for the 22nd Festival in 1959, which the Prague Madrigalists would like to attend. Can they therefore consider this offer of cooperation valid, or will they have to repeat it later when the opportunity arises? In the course of correspondence with BdV, the PMs from Paris received evidence of their great success. MV is also sending these documents and offering to go to Paris with concerts next year. The cooperation with BdV would be a great honour for PM. They are of the opinion that, given the nature of the music they cultivate, Italy, as the cradle of the music they offer today, would be the most suitable place for their entry into the artistic world.
