Content and physical description
ContentWilli Strecker sends Samuel Dushkin a bank statement and asks how he wants to receive the money. He did not send the previous amounts, partly because he hoped they would meet and partly because he would have to deduct 25% for German income tax. However, now since February 1955 a new double taxation law has come into force, after which this is no longer necessary and only American law can be followed. Thus, amounts can now be received by SD at any time without withholding.

The piece "Paradise" and Boccherini Concerto seem to be the best performing works, as well as the Pergolesi Concertino. Everything else is making slower progress because the violin is not played as much as in the past. WS is awaiting the final revisions to the Martinů CONCERTANT SUITE. The contract with AMP [Associated Music Publishers] is already in place.
