ContentVojtěch Strnad is only now replying to Charlotta Martinů's letter of 25 October [1959] because he was travelling. The memorandum that VS wrote during his visit to Pratteln and in Prague during an audience with the Prime Minister Václav Kopecký was translated into French. When the translation is verified, he will send it to ChM. As for the gift, a package will be given to ChM as agreed. They waited a long time for the photos, they arrived only last Monday. The Czechoslovak Embassy will contact ChM to arrange a time to receive the package. The package for Jan Novak has probably arrived safely. The Prime Minister's proposals are currently being discussed by the authorities.
