Content and physical description
ContentKarel Šebánek waits in vain for a letter with a promised invitation to England. He postpones his trip to France, he cannot do it for long and in the end he will have to go anyway, Heugel [????] bombards him with letters both directly and through the ministry and the embassy. The MoS does not plan to change the representation of the Czech Music Fund in any way, even if Artia were to make some effort in this direction, the representation in France and Belgium will continue. There are more important matters, such as the distribution of the Boosey & Hawkes edition in Czechoslovakia or in other countries, which will be discussed soon and will not depend on Artia. The interest in works published by the Czech Music Fund is abnormal. Discussion of payment for the rental of the orchestral material of the Violin Concerto [????] has remained at a standstill. Artia has paid nothing and apparently does not intend to pay. In order to be paid the sum (KS suspects £154), it is necessary to receive it via the State Bank of Czechoslovakia to the address of the CHF. KS regrets that he has to seek payment in this way, but he is doing so in the interests of B&H. If not, he will have to moderate his agitation for B&H orchestral material.
