ContentVladimír Vaněk thanks Miloslav Rechcígl for announcing that his lecture on Bohuslav Martinů has been accepted for the Congress of the Society for Sciences and Arts. As he had announced earlier, he cannot attend the Congress and therefore asks that his lecture be given by someone, ideally a lady with good English diction. VV asks that MR inform him who read the lecture and send him a copy of the English text. In addition, VV sent one proposal to [Ladislav] Radimovsky and [George] Sturm about building a study and vacation center in Castiglione for American universities in agreement with the American Academy in Rome.
