ContentAttached to the letter are two contracts of the Martins. Artia apologizes for the delay caused by negotiations with OSA and the Czechoslovak Composers' Union. After objections from Boosey & Hawkes, an agreement was finally reached. Břetislav Hodek hopes that he can now consider all the preliminary steps of the business relationship as concluded and asks B&H to study the catalogue of Martinů's works. It contains information on all works published in Czechoslovakia. Artia can supply catalogues in English and German. Also included in this same shipment are sample copies in 3 kg packages. Can B&H send their own catalogue for customers in Czechoslovakia?
