ContentThe contract regarding the Martins is now in effect. The additional clause for B&H's share of the Martin launch in the U.S. was delivered these days. The contract for exclusive representation for the rest of the Czechoslovak music production now exists in various versions and a final version acceptable to both parties is being sought. Artie expresses concern about the not-so-close business relationship with B&H. No practical results or efforts on the part of B&H are visible after the Martin deal was signed. B&H must understand how difficult it is to convince local partners that it is worthwhile to have only one agent outside Czechoslovakia. Customers complain that B&H does not deliver because there is no contract. Could Dr. Roth personally take up the matter?
