ContentVladimír Vaněk is excited about the information that Bohuslav Martinů will be staying in Rome. Robert Kratchmer says it's a done deal. BM is to write to everyone so that they can build him a triumphal gate. The Vaneks have a decent place to live in Rome overlooking the ruins and gardens. They'll look in BM's trunk to see how much sheet music he's described and maybe they'll run it secretly. VV still has the Stravinsky score and probably won't sell it unless some American grandmother gives millions for it (there is one in Florence). VV is in business for a living, his wife is Swedish and they have a 17 year old daughter who is into music, learning English and raving about America. VV says hello to BM and Charlotte and looks forward to seeing them.
