ContentThe correspondence with Bohuslav Martinů was arranged according to Karel Šebánek's wishes. BM wrote on 4 December that he had sent them four letters since his arrival in America, but they had received only the last one. They are sorry that KS is in an unpleasant situation, financial hardship can happen to anyone today. They offer to help him sincerely - whenever he needs it, they will oblige, all he has to do is write, whether by post or through a savings bank.
