Content and physical description
ContentThey thank for the participation of Karel Šebánek with Karolina Martinů's illness, sometimes she gets better, sometimes they fear the worst. In response to a query from KS, they advised that they had not received anything, thanking them for their efforts. In addition to the note from Portugal [from Bohuslav Martinů], they also received a pound of coffee. She also writes that she was asked by "an influential gentleman here" to ask if the Czech Philharmonic could play in Polička. She contacted Karel Novák, and perhaps he will ask if, when and for how much it would be possible. She asked KS to put in a good word. Several local gentlemen would support the concert financially.
