Content and physical description
ContentCharlotte Martinů visited Maja Sacher soon after her arrival from the U.S.A. Charlotte benefited from the trip, but her health had deteriorated. She has lung problems, hopefully her family will see to it that she stays in bed long enough, she must be watched over like a child. ChM was pleased to see Frank Rybka, but not pleased to hear that [Miloš] Šafránek is trying to contact Bohuš's ex-girlfriend, whom MS knows only as Ro [this is Rosalie Barstow, often only using the pseudonym Ro in letters]. ChM is grateful to FR for responding so indignantly to Šafránek's request.
The other bad news is that Mrs Ro wants to publish her correspondence with Bohus. But no one has the right to do that without the consent of Bohuslav's survivors. It would not only be a mean action against Charlotte, but also against Bohus's memory. MS hopes that FR will help them stop the planned publication of the correspondence. She and her husband [Paul Sacher] hope that FR will come to Europe soon.
