ContentBohuslav Martinů has written to Talich about Balatka and will speak to him in Paris. As for the magazine article, he considers it careless. He doesn't know whether it is officially about filling a position in the National Theatre. He thinks that the appointment of VT will improve the situation, it is an indication of new conditions. He himself is trying to get the post after Suk. Francis M. [Muzika] also wrote to BM about AB, but nothing about Henry Honzl's views on the Midsummer Night's Dream letter.
